Instructions
You can use these flier templates to create Open House finance fliers 24/7 from your office or your home computer.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view and print from these templates. Keep in mind that you won't be able to save your work unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat.

Select one of the six graphic styles above, and click the link to download and open the Adobe Acrobat file. Each file is password protected, so you will need to enter the same password you use for access to the Lenders Matrix and list of PLF Appraisers. If you've forgotten your password, contact Ron or Lewis.

All text fields within the Acrobat file are editable, so you can insert your own headline, property address, bulleted features, sales price, agent info and your own info as well. Input finance options and program titles for three loan programs at the bottom of the page. Use your financial calculator for downpayment, P&I, taxes and insurance etc... and you will also need to list the APR for each program and corresponding interest rate. If you don't already own an APR Spread Calculator, you can download a great, innexpensive one for only $19.95 from www.wheatworks.com. It's very handy.

Once you've edited the template to your liking, print your fliers and you're on your way!
