This
form was developed to help speed up the application
process. By filling out and sending the information
requested, a Progressive loan representative will call
you to answer your questions and take down the information
required to begin the mortgage process. In just a few
minutes, you'll be on your way to getting the loan you
need.

Once
the application is completed, the information in it
must be confirmed. For example, your employer may be
contacted by mail in order to verify your salary, or
you may be asked to show pay stubs from your most recent
paycheck.

Progressive
Laon will order a credit report to review your credit
history and an appraisal to determine the value of the
property you want to finance. You will be sent a credit
authorization form to sign, date and return which authorizes
Progressive Loan to perform these services on your behalf.
